View Action Plan Details

 

OPTIONAL FEATURE - Contact your RizePoint representative to enable this option.

For this feature to work, the Plan ID that is entered on this page has to be a valid plan, and the user trying to view the plan has to have all the required associations for location, form, and type.  Otherwise, you will receive the error, "You do not have permission to view this plan or the submitted plan ID is invalid." It requires the Action Plan: Summary Detail permission to be enabled for the associated Role and/or User accessing this feature.

 

If this option has been enabled, and the VIEW ACTION PLANS permission is assigned to the logged-in user, there will be a View Plan Detail menu option available from the Action Plans menu.  The VIEW ACTION PLANS permission will only be available if this option has been enabled.

All information displayed in this screen is read-only, even with full CAM permissions enabled.

 

 

To view action plan details:

  1. Go to Action Plans > View Plan Detail.

    The View Plan Detail screen displays as follows.


  2. In the Plan ID field, enter the plan you wish to view, then press Enter.

    The Action Plan Details screen displays similar to the one shown below.
