Deleting an Audit Form
To remove an audit form from the list:
- Select the checkbox beside the form you want to delete. You may
select multiple audit forms to delete at the same time.
- Click the DELETE button. This process removes the selected audit
forms from the list and places them in an archive folder; it does
NOT permanently delete the forms. Audit forms deleted in this manner
may be restored.
To access audit forms that have been deleted from the list, click the
ARCHIVES button. All previously "deleted" forms appear in the
list. From the Archives screen, you can:
- Restore a previously deleted
audit form - Select the form by clicking in the checkbox
beside the form, then click the RESTORE button.
- Permanently delete an audit
form - Select the checkbox next to the form to select it,
then click the DELETE button. A message is displayed to confirm that
you want to delete the audit form. Once the form has been deleted,
it cannot be restored without assistance from RizePoint. To
permanently delete the form, click OK. To cancel the deletion, click
CANCEL.
