Deleting an Audit Form

To remove an audit form from the list:

  1. Select the checkbox beside the form you want to delete. You may select multiple audit forms to delete at the same time.

  2. Click the DELETE button. This process removes the selected audit forms from the list and places them in an archive folder; it does NOT permanently delete the forms. Audit forms deleted in this manner may be restored.

To access audit forms that have been deleted from the list, click the ARCHIVES button. All previously "deleted" forms appear in the list. From the Archives screen, you can:
