Deleting an Audit Category

To remove an audit category from the audit form:

  1. Click on the audit form to select it.
  2. Select AUDIT CATEGORIES.
  3. Navigate to the category that you want to delete.
  4. Click the corresponding checkbox.

  5. Click the DELETE button.
You may select multiple audit categories to delete at the same time. Click the checkbox at the top of the first column on the left to select all audit categories; click the checkbox again to deselect all audit categories. This process removes the selected audit category from the list and places it in an archive folder. Audit categories deleted in this manner may be restored.

To restore an audit category that has been previously deleted:

  1. Click the ARCHIVES button. All previously deleted categories appear in the list.
  2. Select the audit category that you want to restore by clicking in the corresponding checkbox .
  3. Click the RESTORE button.
