Deleting a Report Category

To delete a report category:

  1. Click on the audit form to select it.
  2. Select REPORT CATEGORY.
  3. Select the checkbox beside the report category that you want to delete.

  4. Click the DELETE button.

    You may select multiple report categories to delete at the same time. This process removes the selected report categories from the list and places them in an archive folder. Report categories deleted in this manner may be restored.

To restore a report category that has been previously deleted:

  1. Click the ARCHIVES button. All previously deleted report categories appear in the list.
  2. Select the report category you want to restore by clicking the corresponding checkbox on the far right.
  3. Click the RESTORE button.
