Associating Locations with the Audit Form


Before an audit form can be used to conduct an audit on a location, that location must first be associated with the audit form. You may give direct access to a location, or you may specify access through a management level instead. When you specify a management level, all locations within the management level have access to the form.

To give direct access one or more locations:

  1. Click on an audit form to select it.
  2. Select LOCATIONS from the Setup Options dialog.
  3. Click the ADD button.

  4. Select the locations that will have direct access to this audit form.
  5. Click the SAVE & RETURN button.
