Prompts

If you are using Mobile Auditor, it is possible to configure audit forms with specific prompts to help auditors complete audits.

To configure prompts for an audit form:

    1. From the main menu, navigate to Audit > Audit Setup > Audit Forms. A list of all audit forms displays.
    2. From the grid list, select the audit form to which you will make changes.

      Select the audit form
    3. Click CONFIGURATION.

      Select CONFIGURATION
    4. From the audit form's configuration page, navigate to the Configuration drop down box and select PROMPTS.

      Select PROMPTS
    5. Navigate to the appropriate prompt text field and edit as needed.  NOTE: The visible text in the field will display as a prompt for the auditor.

      Text in the prompt field

%q of %Q questions answered, Score = %%%

You may change the default prompts displayed for this audit form. NOTE: Many of the prompts contain codes that provide functionality (e.g., %q, %Q, %%%, %u, etc.) Take care not to change any of the variables included in the prompts; otherwise, the functionality of the prompt may be lost.

For example, in this prompt:
%q of %Q questions answered, Score = %%%

...do not change any of the characters shown below in bold type:
%q of %Q questions answered, Score = %%%
