Attaching Notes to the Audit Form


The NOTES option allows you to attach internal notes about the audit form. These notes are not available to users; they are only available from the audit form setup window by clicking the NOTES link. These notes are provided strictly for the benefit of the person(s) setting up the form. For example, you may want to leave notes to yourself or to another person who may be also working on this form.

To attach a note:

  1. Click on the audit form to select it.
  2. Click the NOTES link to open the Notes window.
  3. Enter your notes in the text entry box.
  4. Click SAVE to save the notes.
  5. Click RETURN to return to the Setup window.
