The Recent Audit Results widget is assigned to you by your administrator and displays the five (5) most recent, uploaded audit results that you have been granted permission to see. It displays the results by date, the location ID and the audit form for each result. Audit results in this widget will display similar to the display below.
About the Recent Audit Results widget:
The number in the red and green audit bubbles represents the number of non-compliant responses that were generated in that particular audit.
Clicking on an individual audit result in the widget will take you to the Feedback Reports grid. From there, select the correct report to view the entire audit result.
If the CRITICAL NON-COMPLIANCES
ONLY checkbox is unchecked, the audit bubbles will display the total number
of non-compliant results.
If the CRITICAL NON-COMPLIANCES ONLY checkbox is checked, the audit bubbles will only display the total number of critical, non-compliant results.
Click on GO TO ALL RESULTS. The audit results grid will display all of your accessible audits. This is the same grid that displays when you navigate from the main menu to AUDIT > VIEW AUDIT RESULTS.
