This online Help file uses the default terminology found in the application. RizePoint's Enterprise Edition is highly-customizable, and while you are welcome to change the terminology contained in the application (e.g. menus) to match your organization's internal terminology, please keep in mind that users may have difficulty locating information in the Help file.
The Online Help is now in a responsive format. What this means to you, as a user, is that you no longer need to worry if you are viewing it from a computer screen, tablet, or phone. It will adjust according to the device size. Depending on the display will determine how you access your Table of Contents, Index, and Glossary of information.
There are a few helpful controls to know when navigating the Help system.

Click on a green link to expand it.
Then click the link again to collapse it.
There are icons used to let you know there is information that may help you setup and use the RizePoint application.
IMPORTANT - This icon and text let you know this information is important to follow. It will provide information on limitations as well as critical setup information you should follow. |
TIPS & NOTES - This icon lets you know the information contained in the note provides a tip or helpful hint about using or setting up the RizePoint system. |

Enter the word(s) on which to search in the Search entry field, then press enter or click the Search button . A list of pages containing the key word(s) is displayed in the order of relevancy. Note that you may specify how many search results to list per page. Click on an entry to display the topic page.
