Audit Exemptions


The AUDIT EXEMPTIONS page displays a list of exemptions that have been issued.


To view the details of the exemption, click the link in the Audit Reference column. From this page you may edit the details of the exemption, if necessary.

 

To add a new exemption:

  1. Click the NEW button. A blank Audit Exemption page opens.

  2. Select the AUDIT REFERENCE from the droplist.
  3. Select the START and END DATES of the exemption.
  4. Select the REASON for the exemption from the droplist.

    The administrator configures the reason list under the Droplist Configuration screen of the System Setup tools. See Droplist Configuration.

  5. Select the Audit Company.
  6. Add optional comments in the COMMENT field.
  7. Click SAVE.
