Check the download folder. If there are an extremely large number
of files that need to update, perhaps they are assigned the wrong
download folder (for example, MAPC instead of 360 MA).
Users should have at least 1 or 2 GB of disk space available;
less than that amount could be problematic. Also keep in mind
that image files can be quite large.
Check to make sure both the MOBILE AUDITOR - CONDUCT and the
ONLINE AUDITS permissions are enabled. Both of these permissions
are required for conducting an online audit. (Online Audits are
also referred to as "Web" audits.)
Check to make the user is using Internet Explorer version 8
or above. While users may be able to successfully use other browsers
(Chrome, Firefox, Safari), only Internet Explorer v8 or later
is supported.
