360 Mobile Auditor Installation Instructions

ANDROID™ and Apple® iOS DEVICES, and Windows® Tablets

• 360 Mobile Auditor for iOS can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.
• 360 Mobile Auditor for Android can be downloaded from Android Market™.

360 Mobile Auditor PC LAPTOP/DESKTOP COMPUTERS

New Users:

1. Log on as a user with the RESOURCES - VIEW permission.
2. Click ACCESSORIES in the main menu bar.
3. Select the FILES & DOWNLOADS option.
4. Click the MOBILE AUDITOR INSTALLERS link.
5. Click the 360 Mobile Auditor for Windows link.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions.

   Always install the 360 Mobile Auditor for Windows application on the C drive of your local computer. Attempting to run the application from a network drive results in errors.

    

Existing Users:

If you already have RizePoint Mobile Auditor 9 installed on your computer, you simply need to run the application, then connect to the server and update your files. The Mobile Auditor 9 application will be automatically updated to 360 Mobile Auditor for Windows.

Uninstalling the 360 Mobile auditor for Windows application

To uninstall 360 Mobile Auditor for Windows, go to the Start Menu > All Programs > RizePoint > Mobile Auditor> Uninstall and follow the onscreen instructions.
