Using a Proxy Server

MOBILE AUDITOR PC

RizePoint supports networks that use proxy servers. Mobile Auditor PC uses the proxy settings configured in Internet Explorer by your organization's System Administrator or IT personnel to locate and connect to the proxy server.*

1. Select CONNECT TO SERVER from the Mobile Auditor PC home screen.
2. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
3. Select the USE PROXY checkbox. The dialog expands to display additional USERNAME and PASSWORD fields.

   

4. Enter the USERNAME and PASSWORD required to authenticate to the proxy server. If you're not sure what username and password to use, please check with your organization's System Administrator or IT personnel.
5. Click LOGIN.

* NOTE: Internet Explorer must be installed and properly configured on your PC.
