Viewing Instructions

Before you begin to answer questions, be sure to read the instructions for conducting this audit. There are two different ways to access the Instructions file associated with an audit:

Click the Instructions icon at the top of the screen.

- OR -
Select the INSTRUCTIONS command from the View menu to open the Instructions file.

To close the Instructions window, click EXIT at the bottom of the screen.

NOTE: If no instructions exist for this audit form, both the command and the button are disabled and unavailable.
