The Audit Result Status grid provides a read-only view of the current status and approval step of submitted audit results that have not yet been approved. This grid allows an individual auditor with the appropriate permission to view—in read-only mode—the current status and approval step of his or her own audit results without seeing submitted results from other auditors.
After an audit has been approved by an approver, it will automatically be routed to the Audit Results Grid, and it will not be visible in the Audit Result Status grid.
To use the Audit Result Status grid:
Assign
the following permission to an auditor or any user who may benefit
from viewing the Audit Result Status grid:

Enables a user to view the audit result status (Audit Result Approval 2.0) of his/her audits that have not yet been approved. However, an admin user will be able to view the approval status of all audits that have not yet been approved. |
From the main menu, select Audit > Audit Result Status. Note that the default tool tip displays Audit Result Status (Approval 2.0).

Remember that an auditor will only see his or her own submitted audits. An admin user will see a list of submitted audit results from all auditors. |
Review the approval status
and step of each audit result in the list. The status will either
be Pending Approval or Disapproved.
