Copying an Existing Program

Users with the appropriate permissions can create a copy of an existing program. Note that all copied programs are, by default, inactive. All other attributes are copied to the new program. Once you've copied a program, you can then rename it and change any of the attributes.

The program name must not exceed fifty (50) characters, including spaces.    If you intend to copy this program in the future, limit the program name to 45 characters, including spaces.

1. Log on as a user with both the PROGRAM ADMIN and the PROGRAM CREATE permission.
2. Select Programs > View Programs from the menu bar. The Program List page opens.
3. Check the box beside the name of the program that you want to copy, then click the COPY button.
   
   
   

A copy of the selected program is added to the Program list.
