Paying Fees

OPTIONAL FEATURE - Contact your RizePoint representative to enable/disable this option.


All payments of program fees are made through PayPal™. Once you've successfully logged in, you may make the payment with your PayPal account or with a credit or debit card.

  1. On the PROGRAMS tab of your Location profile, navigate to the payment task.
  2. Click the task name to open the Task profile page.

  3. Click the MAKE PAYMENT button.

  4. Click PAY NOW. Clicking this button directs you to the PayPal site.

  5. You can either log in and make payment through your existing PayPal account, or you can click the DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT link, which allows you to pay by credit or debit card instead.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions for making your payment.
  7. Once payment has gone through, click the RETURN TO <recipient name> link. This step is extremely important, as clicking the link sends confirmation of your payment.

    If you inadvertently close this window without clicking the RETURN TO link, contact your Program Administrator. Note that most likely your payment was successful, but since clicking this link is what triggers the confirmation email from PayPal to the Program Administrator, no confirmation of the payment will be sent. In this case you'll need the Program Administrator to log into the PayPal account to confirm that the payment was made.
  8. After clicking the RETURN TO link, you'll return to the RizePoint application. Click the RETURN button to return to the Task profile page.
  9. On the Task profile page, click the COMPLETE button to complete the task.

The task is marked complete.
