The Program Compliance module contains specific types of tasks. When you
create a new task, you must specify which type of task you're creating.
While you cannot add or delete task types, or change the functionality
of a specific task, this menu command allows you to change the task names
to better reflect your organization's internal terminology. Note that
only Task Types that you have access to through an associated permission
appear in the list.
The task types available in Program Compliance are:
PAYMENT - This task type involves a payment.
CERTIFICATION - This task requires a location to provide proof that a required, recurring certification has been completed by the expiration date. It also automatically creates the due date for the subsequent renewal cycle of the same certification.
