Auditor Notification

OPTIONAL FEATURE - Contact your RizePoint representative to enable/disable this option.

The AUDITOR NOTIFICATION option makes it possible to prompt auditors with messages or instructions and can also prompt them to provide notes when a specific answer choice or condition is selected.

When this option is enabled, two additional fields appear in the Choice Definition window:

• REQUIRE NOTES: Select this box if you want the auditor to enter notes pertaining to the selected answer. When this choice/condition is selected, the Notes window opens automatically and prompts the auditor to enter notes. Please note, however, that the auditor may close the Notes window without ever entering any notes. You should inform auditors to always provide notes if, after selecting an answer choice, the Notes window opens automatically.
• AUDITOR NOTIFICATION: The text entered here is displayed for the auditor immediately after this choice or condition is selected. It may be used to prompt the auditor to enter notes, or it may supply instructions or general information.

This option is available for all question types except alphanumeric text.

If Auditor Notification has been associated with the selected answer choice or condition, a prompt appears on the auditor's device.

The contents and layout of the screen is determined by the platform of the device being used and may differ from the images shown here.

If the REQUIRE NOTES checkbox is enabled, the NOTES window opens automatically as soon as the auditor closes the prompt.

When the NOTES window is closed, a pencil appears next to the question in the Audit window, indicating that a note is associated with this question.
