Condensed Version of Printable Forms

OPTIONAL FEATURE - Contact your RizePoint representative to enable/disable this option.

When this option is enabled, you have the option of printing a blank audit form with either condensed or standard formatting.

A new button, PRINT CONDENSED FORM is added to the button bar.

When you select PRINT BLANK FORM from the Audit menu, a list of all active audit forms is displayed.

Selecting the CONDENSED version of an audit form results in the following formatting:

• Font size of audit form name: 18 pt
• Font size of category name: 16 pt
• Font size of question text and answer choices: 12 pt

To view a printable form in condensed formatting:

1. Check the box beside the form you want to print, then click the PRINT CONDENSED FORM button. An html version of the form opens in a new browser window.
   
   
2. Click the PRINT or PDF button in the upper left corner of the form. Clicking the PRINT button prints the form; clicking the PDF button opens a printable PDF version of the form.
   
   

Note that even when this option is enabled, the PRINT FORM button is still available to print the form in standard format.
