Exporting a Report (L1 and L2)

The EXPORT button
in the Actions column
of the Reports list allows users to export reports in the following formats:
- Excel with plain text - This option exports the report into an
Excel spreadsheet, but no formatting is retained.
- CSV file format - This option exports the report so that each field
is separated by a comma (comma separated value).
- Excel with formatting - This option exports the report into an
Excel spreadsheet, retaining all of the formatting information.
- HTML - This option exports the report into an html file.
- Plain text (you specify the delimiter: comma, tab, semicolon, space)
- This option exports that report so that each field is separated
by the delimiter you select here. (Fields can be separated by commas,
tabs, semicolons, or spaces.)
To export a report:
- On the navigation bar, go to Reports > Shared Reports
or My Reports.
- Click the EXPORT button beside the report that you want to export.
- In the Setup screen, configure the report as desired.
- Click the EXPORT button at the bottom of the window. The Export
Options screen opens in a new browser window.
- From the EXPORT droplist, select to export either the WHOLE REPORT
or FIRST REPORT PAGE ONLY.
- Select a format from the options provided. If you select PLAIN
TEXT, be sure to also select an option from the accompanying DELIMITER
droplist.
- Select any other export options that you want to include.
- Click the EXPORT button in the lower right corner of the window.
