Deleting an Active Home Page

If you find it necessary to delete an Active Home Page that is assigned to a Role or a User and no other Active Home Page has been assigned to that Role or User other than the one you are deleting, the visual display will revert back to the RizePoint welcome page upon login. For this reason, be sure to determine if it is absolutely necessary to delete an Active Home Page.

 

To delete an Active Home Page:

  1. Navigate to SYSTEM > ACTIVE HOME PAGE ADMIN.

  2. Find the Active Home Page to be deleted.

  3. Click on the cog icon of the thumbnail. The Action Menu will display.

  4. Click on the DELETE icon (trash can) of the Active Home Page to be deleted.
    Click the DELETE icon

  5. To delete the Active Home Page, select YES from the confirmation dialog popup. Select NO to keep the Active Home Page.
