Deleting a Feedback Rule

To delete a feedback rule:

1. Select the rule that you want to delete by checking the corresponding checkbox . You may select more than one rule at the same time.
2. Click the DELETE button. The selected rule is placed in the Archive folder and may be restored later if you change your mind.

To restore a previously deleted rule:

1. Click the ARCHIVES button. All previously deleted rules appear in the list.
2. Select the rules that you want to restore.
3. Click the RESTORE button.

To permanently delete a rule:

1. Click the ARCHIVE button. All previously deleted rules appear in the list.
2. Select the rules that you want to permanently delete.
3. Click the DELETE button. The selected rules are permanently removed from the system and cannot be retrieved.
