Labels Tab

All of the labels associated with the new Mobile Auditor begin with Label for:.

The LABELS tab contains the texts labels that are used for various buttons and controls throughout the application. Labels are used primarily for field name descriptions, but they may also be used to provide information to the user. Generally, however, instructions to users can be found on the PROMPTS tab.

You may change any of the values in the Settings column. However, some labels contain "variables" that are replaced with a value when they are displayed (for example, %q, %Q, %%%, %u, etc.). Be careful not to remove or change any of these variables.

Because the list of labels is extensive, individual labels are not listed here.

To change the text of a label:

1. Click the EDIT pencil beside the label that you want to change. An editable text field becomes available on the right.
   
   
2. In the text field on the right, enter the new label.
   
   
3. Click the UPDATE button to save the new label, or click the CANCEL button to cancel the action and revert to the previous text.
