Prompts Tab

All of the prompts associated with the new Mobile Auditor begin with Prompt or Description for:.

Prompts are generally used to prompt the user for information required to continue, but prompts may also be used to provide information to the user. You may customize the prompts displayed in your implementation of RizePoint.

Some prompts contain variables that are replaced with a value when they are displayed (for example, %q, %Q, %%%, %u, etc.). Do not remove or change any of these variables, or you may lose the functionality of the prompt.

Because the list of prompts is extensive, individual prompts are not listed here.

To change the text of a prompt:

1. Click the EDIT pencil beside the prompt that you want to change. An editable text field becomes available on the right.
   
   
2. In the text field on the right, enter the desired text for this prompt.
   
   
3. Click the UPDATE button to save the new prompt, or click the CANCEL button to cancel the action and revert to the previous text.
