Menu Labels

Users with LANGUAGE ADMINISTRATION permission can change the labels that appear throughout the application. When you make changes to menu labels, be aware that those changes apply to the current language only.

To change a menu label:

1. Go to System > Language > Menu Labels.
2. Select the label you want to change.
   
   
3. Click the EDIT button.
   
   
4. In the TITLE field, enter the new menu label.
   
   
5. If you want to add a tooltip to this menu label, enter the tooltip in the TOOLTIP field.
6. Click SAVE. The new label appears in the LANGUAGED FIELDS section of the window.
   
   
7. Click RETURN to return to the list of menu labels.

The old menu label is replaced with the new label, and the new label and tooltip, if specified, appear in the Menu Items table.

If you added a tooltip as well, when you place the cursor over the new menu label, the tooltip is displayed.
