Schedules Tab


You can add a schedule to a role. For example, you may have several groups of auditors, with each group assigned to conduct audits on a different set of locations. You could then assign Schedule A to all auditors assigned to the role Auditor A, Schedule B to all auditors assigned to the role Auditor B, and so on.

 

To associate a schedule with a role:

  1. Click the SCHEDULES tab. A list of all schedules currently associated with this role is displayed.
  2. Click the ADD button.
  3. Select the schedule that you want to add.
  4. Click the SAVE button. The selected schedule is now associated with this role.

 

To remove a schedule from a role:

  1. Click the SCHEDULE tab.
  2. Select the schedules that you want to remove.
  3. Click the DELETE button. The selected schedule is removed from the role.
