Location Search Tab


Clicking this tab allows you to specify which Location fields are available in the New Audit Wizard in Mobile Auditor. The wizard always displays the Location ID and Location Name, but you can specify additional fields to display.

On the Mobile Auditor Configuration profile page, click the LOCATIONS SEARCH tab. A list of fields currently available is displayed.

 

To add Location Search fields:

  1. Click the ADD button.

  2. Check the boxes beside the fields you want to add.

  3. Click the SAVE button. The locations are added to the list.

 

To edit the order in which the Location Search fields appear:

  1. Click the EDIT button beside the field you want to re-position in the list.

  2. Enter the position in which you want this field to appear in the list in the New Audit Wizard in Mobile Auditor.

  3. Click the UPDATE button , or click the CANCEL button to cancel the action.

    The fields are re-ordered. This is the same order in which the fields appear in the New Audit Wizard in Mobile Auditor when searching for the location on which to perform an audit.

 

To delete Location Search fields:

  1. Select the boxes beside the fields that you want to delete.

  2. Click the DELETE button. A message is displayed to confirm that you want to continue with the deletion of the selected fields. Click OK to remove the search fields.
