Invoice Approval

GO TO: Administration | Billing | Invoice Approval


Once an expense or income transaction has been approved, it appears in the INVOICE APPROVAL queue.

Invoices are separated into two categories: Vendor and Audit Company.

  1. Select the vendor or audit company in the list.
  2. Click the INVOICE SELECTED button. (You may generate invoices for all entries at the same time by clicking the INVOICE ALL button instead.)

Note: You may view the details of the invoice before you approve it. Simply click on the Vendor or Company name and "drill down" to display more information about the fee.
