Auditor Connectivity Log

Direct access
to the Auditor Connectivity Log requires that the user has been
granted one of the following permission options:
- IMPLEMENTATION CONFIGURATION
(also referred to as SQSConfig)
- CONNECTION ADMINISTRATION
(Security) + AUTOMATED FEEDBACK LOG
- CONNECTION ADMINISTRATION
(Security) + EI SUBSCRIPTION LOG ACCESS
- CONNECTION ADMINISTRATION
(Security) + IMPLEMENTATION CONFIGURATION
To remove access
to the Auditor Connectivity Log, remove the permission(s) that
the user was granted to have access to this log. See also Permissions. |
The Auditor Connectivity Log provides managers access to information concerning
connections to the server when using 360 MA. The management level associated
with the manager determines which users appear in the Connection Log.
Only users within the manager's management level or levels beneath that
level in the hierarchy appear in the log.
The Auditor Connectivity Log includes the following information:
- User name (login name)
- User (name of auditor)
- Last connection date
- Number of files downloaded
To access the Connection Log
- Go to System > Monitoring > Auditor Connectivity
Log. The Connection Log is displayed.
- To sort the contents of the log, click on a column heading. Click
once to sort in ascending order; click again to sort in descending
order.
- To view the names of the files that have been downloaded, click
the number displayed in the FILES DOWNLOADED column, then RETURN to
be redirected back to the log.
