Corrective Action Management Rules allow you to define the criteria and options that will determine which non-compliant audit result questions will generate Action Plans and how those Action Plans will be processed.
If you are not using Corrective Action Management (CAM), the Action Plan feature provides a feedback report that allows users to specify a plan of action for correcting non-compliant issues. If you are using Corrective Action Management functionality, an Action Plan allows you to set up a corrective action plan with detail action items that include approvals, notifications, tracking and reporting. Previous versions of Action Planning included the CAP or Action Plan feedback report.
Allows administrators to automatically activate and deactivate forms at specific times to eliminate the possibility of auditors accidentally conducting audits on outdated forms. The schedule can be set up to activate all forms at once on a specified date, or to activate only one form at a time; when one form becomes active, all others are made inactive.
An Active Home Page enables an administrator to customize the users' home landing pages by configuring key information to display via widgets--components that extract and display relevant audit data. Service providers such as third party auditors are managed in RizePoint by a feature called Audit Companies.
