Deleting a Question

To delete a question:

  1. Click on the audit form to select it.
  2. Select AUDIT CATEGORIES.
  3. Check the box beside the question(s) that you want to delete.
  4. Click the DELETE button. You may select multiple questions to delete at the same time. This process removes the selected question(s) from the list and places it in an archive folder. Questions deleted in this manner may be restored.

To restore a question that has been previously deleted, click the ARCHIVES button. All previously deleted questions appear in the list. Select the question you want to restore by selecting the corresponding checkbox, then click the RESTORE button.

You may not delete questions from an audit form that has already been used to conduct an audit. See Editing an Existing Audit Form for more information.
