Creating a New Audit Types
To create a new audit type:
- Click the NEW button. A blank field opens at the top of the list.
- Enter a name for the new audit type in the NAME field.
- Select the options you want available with this audit type:
- PROCESS REPORTS - Check this box if you want results from audits
of this type to be processed and available to include in reports.
You may want to create a practice audit type, for example, so
that a new auditor may run through an audit without uploading
the results. In this case, you would leave this box unchecked.
If this box is not checked, results from audits conducted
on this audit type will NOT be available to include in reports.
- GENERATE FEEDBACK - Check this box if you want results from
audits of this type to generate automated feedback, according
to the rules defined. (See Automated
Feedback.) If this box is unchecked, no audits conducted
using this audit type will generate feedback, even though rules
have been previously defined.
- INCLUDE IN REPORTS - Check this box if you want audit results
from audits of this type to be included in management reports.
- DOWNLOAD TO HANDHELD - Check this box if you want this audit
type available for audits conducted in Mobile Auditor 360, Mobile
Auditor PC, or Mobile Auditor PPC.
- Click the UPDATE button .
