Mobile Auditor System Requirements

The Apple® App Store, Android Market™, and Microsoft Windows® App Store will provide specific details on system requirements for device-specific apps. It is important to read all the information and topic links located in the RizePoint Recommended and Supported Hardware topic. These guidelines are important to follow in order to provide efficient and timely support, if necessary.

Data storage, encryption and access is based on the current operating system.

Web: There is currently no local data stored when using web access for Mobile Auditor.
Windows: Local data is stored in an app-specific folder (appdata) that is accessible only by Mobile Auditor and not by other apps on the device. Data encryption is an option offered through Windows BitLocker.
iOS and Android: Local data is stored in an app-specific folder (IndexedDB), that is browser-based and only accessible by Mobile Auditor and not other apps on the device. Data encryption is an option offered through the device's operating system.
