Recommended and Supported Technology
RizePoint recognizes the different options for hardware and customer needs for having flexibility in purchasing decisions. Following is our minimum and recommended technology guidelines to assist you when using the Mobile Auditor application.
Rizepoint Mobile Auditor will support devices using the following:
· Operating Systems: current and most recent previous release operating system version for:
- Android – Devices running 9.0 Pie (released August 2018) or 8.0 Oreo (released August 2017)
- iOS – Devices running iOS 12 (released September 2018) or iOS 11 (released October 2013)
- Windows - desktop or tablets running Windows 10 (released July 2015) or Windows 8.1 (released October 2013). NOTE: Windows phones are not supported
· Browsers:– current and most recent previous released browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE 11, Microsoft Edge)
- NOTE: Safari, Firefox, and other browsers are not supported
· Minimum Requirements for Devices*
- iOS devices:
· RAM 2 GB
· Storage 32 GB
· Processor 1.5 GHz dual core
- Android devices:
· RAM – 3 GB
· Storage - 32 GB
· Processor 1.5 GHz
- Windows tablets:
· RAM – 2 GB
· Storage – 64 GB
· Processor 1.7 GHz
* These are considered minimum requirements. For audits that contain more than 20 images or documents, we do recommend higher RAM. These requirements are based on popularly used devices.
