Creating a New Compliance Program

OPTIONAL FEATURE - Contact your RizePoint representative to enable/disable this option.

 

To create a new compliance program:

  1. Log on as a user with both the PROGRAM ADMIN and the PROGRAM CREATE permissions.
  2. Go to Programs > View Programs.

    The Program List page opens. Note that, by default, only programs you've been associated with through your role assignment appear here.

    To view all programs in the system, click the SHOW ALL PROGRAMS button.

    When you click this button, then the SHOW MY PROGRAMS button becomes available, allowing you to switch back to the list of programs to which you've been assigned.

  3. Click the NEW button.

  4. Enter the program name and a brief description (optional).
    The program name must not exceed fifty (50) characters, including spaces.
     
    If you intend to copy this program in the future, limit the program name to 45 characters, including spaces.



  5. Click the SAVE button.
  6. Click the RETURN button to return to the Program List page. The new program appears in the list.

    Unless you've added a role to which you belong to the ROLES tab of the program, you will need to click the SHOW ALL PROGRAMS button in order to see the program you just added.
