Change Contact Information to be Company Specific

The RizePoint header displays a Help link that provides end users several options for support. When a user selects CONTACT from the Help drop-down list, a dialog box similar to the one below opens and displays contact information.

This text in this box is configurable so you can enter your own company's Help Desk information.

 

To Configure the Help Dialog Box

  1. Log in as a user with Content Editor permission.  From the header, Navigate to Editor > Page Content.
  2. Click the EDIT CONTACT US PAGE button.

  3. Click the DISC icon on the top right side of the dialog box.
    Notice that any existing text for the Contact Us box displays on the left.


  4. Click the disc icon
  5. Select the Page Item: ContactUsLabel.
    Notice that when you select the Page Item, the Default Label text and any Global Text displays in the corresponding text fields.


  6. Select ContactUsLabel
  7. In the Global Label field, enter the text that you desire to be displayed.
    It may be helpful to copy and paste the existing text into a separate document, edit the content, then copy and paste the revised text back into the Global Label field thus replacing the original text.  
  8. Click the SAVE GLOBALS button and close the windows to get back to your site's home page.


    Click SAVE GLOBALS

  9. Review and verify that your new changes display properly. Repeat steps 1-6 if additional changes are needed.
