This folder contains only reports created by you. It is your personal folder, and other users do not have access to it. Subfolders can also be created within the MY REPORTS folder to organize and store your personal reports.
You can store reports that you create specifically for yourself, or you can save a new report to this folder temporarily while you're working on it. Then, when you're finished with the report, you can move it to the SHARED REPORTS folder where it will be available for other users to access.
When you select the MY REPORTS menu option, a list of all reports saved in the MY REPORTS folder is displayed. The function of controls in this window is the same as those in the Shared Reports window. See Shared Reports for details.
