RizePoint is committed to supporting new technology on Windows and iOS as soon as possible after its release. However, when moving to new technology (hardware and software), it is important to verify RizePoint has evaluated the new technology prior to implementation. |

***There are several known issues with the Samsung default keyboard on Samsung tablets and phones. These issues exist across all apps and are not specific to the RizePoint implementation, but users should be aware of them if they choose to use that keyboard. We recommend users affected by these issues switch the keyboard settings on their device. Most Samsung devices ship with the Swype keyboard, which works without issue. There are also a number of free third party keyboards that work. |
