Audit Priority List


The AUDIT PRIORITY LIST menu option makes it possible to assign a priority level to an answer choice. The priority assigned to an answer choice is displayed in the Action Plan feedback report. It may also be used in conjunction with a feedback report, which allows administrators to predefine various priority levels for non-compliant issues, and specify the time allotted for taking the necessary corrective action for each priority. These priority levels will appear in a drop-list in the Notes window in Mobile Auditor, and auditors can then assign a priority level to an incorrect answer choice associated with a question, depending on the severity of the non-compliance.

The Priority window contains the following buttons and controls:

SAVE - saves any changes made to the current priority.

CANCEL - cancels any changes made in Edit mode.

SEARCH - allows you to search for an existing priority.

EDIT - allows you to edit an existing priority.

NEW - allows you to create a new priority.

COPY - allows you to create a copy of an existing priority.

ARCHIVE - allows you to archive an existing priority.

DELETE - allows you to delete an existing priority from the list.
