You need to adjust the contrast of the button colors. Mobile Auditor PC uses the system color defined for Tool Tips to indicate the selected answer choice. If you're not sure how to change the Tool Tip color, see "Changing the button contrast on your computer" for instructions.

First, connect to the server and update your files to make sure that all of the necessary data has been downloaded to your computer.
ALL of the audit forms on your system should now appear in the list. WARNING: You must enter the Location ID and Name exactly as it appears in the RizePoint database. Otherwise, when you upload the audit results, they may be held in the RizePoint Data Engine. However, once the audit results have been uploaded, an administrator can manually correct the error. Using this method as a "work around" allows you to proceed with the audit when you might otherwise not be able to.
