Onboarding Suppliers

Program Management's Supplier Onboarding functionality gives your organization the capability of better managing its suppliers. You can assess and onboard suppliers to ensure compliance with your requirements—ultimately protecting your brand reputation.

RizePoint Onboarding allows you to:

• Define onboarding tasks to be completed for locations and factories, and display those tasks on the supplier's RizePoint home page
• Allow suppliers to directly enter location and factory information into your RizePoint system
• Gather onboarding documentation such as contracts, code of conduct requirements, certifications and proof of insurance
• Share training and requirements documents with suppliers across your supply chain

Understanding the Supplier Onboarding Workflow

After the RizePoint Administrator enables Program Management, the Client Administrator from your organization sets up the Supplier Onboarding process. Click on the boxes in the workflow below to view onboarding instructions.
