Almost all RizePoint clients have multiple locations—and all have quality assurance as a top priority. In organizations around the world, there are small teams—sometimes only one person—that are responsible for ensuring global quality assurance for a brand. In addition to being responsible for quality assurance, the team often has other responsibilities, thus making it a challenge to manage all aspects of quality assurance.
Program Management empowers a small team to equip many people with the tools to achieve their brand promise of quality assurance.
When you use Program Management, a designated Client
Administrator from your organization creates one or more campaigns
within a program. Each campaign houses one or more activities (also called
tasks) that must be completed.
