Waiver Reports

Custom enterpriseINTELLIGENCE reports are provided to allow administrators and other users to view and manage various aspects of the waiver process. The following reports are available:

• WAIVER DASHBOARD - This interactive report allows you to display the details of waiver status and trends during the previous 12 months, as well as detailed information on the various queues in the waiver process.
• TOP WAIVED ITEMS - This report displays a list of the standards that received the most requests for waivers during the previous 12-month period, and the locations requesting these waivers. This report also allows you to drill down to display the details of each waiver request.

Please note that these reports, like other EI reports, may be run at a specified time and stored in a cache so they are available for immediate viewing. If you make changes to a waiver and want to immediately view those changes in one of these reports, click the REFRESH button to re-execute the report. The report will process and update to display the new information.
