Search-Driven Analytics: General Navigation

The Search-Driven Analytics (SDA) menu is available and accessible only to a user designated as an SDA Creator who has been granted the Search-Driven Analytics Creator permission.

To access the Search-Driven Analytics Menu

1. Log in to the RizePoint application.

2. Navigate to REPORTS > SEARCH-DRIVEN ANALYTICS.
   
   
   
   When you select Search-Driven Analytics from the RizePoint menu, the following items will display:  
   
   
   
   •  RizePoint Main Menu - collapsed in the "hamburger" icon, this is the same main menu that displays in the RizePoint application
   
   •  RizePoint Administration Header - the same RizePoint administrative options that display in the RizePoint application
   
   •  Search-Driven Analytics Menu - only available to an SDA Creator, this menu provides access to SDA functionality
   
   •  Search-Driven Analytics Help Menu - provides detailed information about SDA's keyword search functionality
   
   •  The logged-in SDA Creator's most recently displayed pinboard
   
   

3. From the SDA menu, select the appropriate action from the four (4) menu options:
   
   •  SEARCH - allows an SDA Creator to design a custom report
   
   •  ANSWERS - a library of saved searches—the research-in-progress, the completed research, and the possible building blocks for future pinboards
   
   •  PINBOARDS - a live dashboard containing search-related charts, tables, graphs, maps, and other Creator-designed data visualizations
   
   •  DATA - provides functionality to import a spreadsheet
   
   

4. Click the HOME icon in the RizePoint Administration Header to exit Search-Driven Analytics and return to the RizePoint main menu. Alternatively click on the hamburger menu, then select HOME.
   
   
   

5. Click the RizePoint spark to return to the last displayed pinboard.
