CAM Plan Status History Log

The Corrective Action Plan Status Log displays the change history for all Corrective Action Plans.

A separate change log records all changes made to Action Items associated with a Corrective Action Plan. See View Changes to Action Items.

To access the Corrective Action Status Log:

1. Go to Action Plans > Plan Status Log.
   
   The Corrective Action Plan Status Log displays similar to the grid shown below. From this grid, you can use the grid filters to search for specific information. For more information on filtering grids, see Navigating the CAM Grids. The username of the person who created an Independent Action Plan will display in the USERNAME column.
