If you have the RizePoint Mobile Auditor and 360 Mobile Auditor enabled on your RizePoint instance, the RizePoint Mobile Auditor will automatically be launched when working with Program Compliance tasks. While we understand there may be a transition time to get all employees migrated from the old 360MA to the new Mobile Auditor, it is not recommended to run both applications in your RizePoint instance for an extended period. |

It is important to verify with your RizePoint Customer Service Representative that this version has the functionality your enterprise needs. The new Mobile Auditor will be released as a phased rollout. While there is a considerable amount of new and enhanced functionality from our previous 360 Mobile Auditor app, there are also features continuing to be developed that will be rolled out in upcoming versions. |
Once you launch the new Mobile Auditor application within your organization, all new audits should be started in the new app. In-progress audits cannot be transferred into the new Mobile Auditor from 360 Mobile Auditor (360MA). If you have audits in progress in 360MA, you will need to complete them in 360MA, then upload them to RizePoint. 360MA and Mobile Auditor run independently from one another, so both can be run on a mobile device at the same time during the transition. All data uploaded into the RizePoint system from 360MA and Mobile Auditor will be processed and reported on in the same manner.
