Setting Up the Notification System

Before you begin defining a compliance program, you'll want to set up the Program Compliance notification system, which requires the following steps:

• Create the email templates that you want to send out. These templates allow the use of replacement tags, so the same email can be sent to multiple recipients. You may or may not use all of the defined templates for any given program.
• Create a library of default notifications that have been pre-configured to use specific email templates, and then specify the recipient(s) of each email notification.

After you've created a program, you'll assign notifications to that specific program. You'll be able to choose from any of the pre-configured notifications that exist in your Notification Library, or you'll be able to create a new notification at that time. Each program can have its own set of notifications, which can be modified on a program-by-program basis.
