OPTIONAL FEATURE - Contact your

RizePoint's PROGRAM COMPLIANCE system allows companies to efficiently
manage compliance of mandatory programs required of locations within their
organization. It can also be used to ensure that any supply, retail, or
other location with whom they conduct business comply with any required
programs.
The Compliance Program system will be used by the following users:
- CORPORATE or ADMINISTRATIVE USERS - These users create and administer
compliance programs, which includes providing and maintaining the
required documentation, overseeing assessments that must be performed,
defining process workflows, and collecting program fees. These users
will also require access to program reports.
- TASK and PROGRAM OWNERS - These users are the primary contacts
associated with all types of locations who may be required to comply
with an assigned program. They may be locations within your organization,
or they may be suppliers, franchisees, or any other external entity
that your organization wishes to evaluate for compliance purposes.
A Program Owner is responsible for overseeing that all requirements
of a program assigned to his/her location are met; a Task Owner is
responsible for completing one or more tasks.
- AUDIT COMPANIES/AUDITORS - These users provide the assessment service
(audit) to determine if a location is in compliance.
The following is a brief overview of how a Compliance Program functions:
- Administrator creates a compliance
program, which includes defining tasks, grouping tasks into
milestones, and providing supplemental documentation, identifying
the locations that are required to comply with the program, specifying
which audit is required. It also includes configuring program alerts
and notifications.
- Notification emails are sent
to the primary contact of all assigned locations when the program
is launched.
- Task owners complete all tasks assigned to them.
Tasks may include completing a general TO DO type task, conducting
a self-audit, or requesting a third-party audit. If the Program Payment
option is enabled, it may also include a task that requires a payment.
