Once the Program Compliance System has been enabled for you by RizePoint,
several new permissions become available. Menu options are provided for
accessing programs, viewing a list of programs, for reviewing (and, if
necessary, renaming) the task types available, and for accessing a library
of default notifications.
- PROGRAM ADMIN - Allows the user to edit existing programs, manage
the Notification Library, and edit Task Types. (The PROGRAM VIEW permission
is also required.)
- PROGRAM ASSIGN - Allows the user to add locations to a program.
(The PROGRAM VIEW or PROGRAM VIEW ALL permission is also required.)
- PROGRAM CREATE - Allows the user to create new programs or delete
existing programs. (The PROGRAM VIEW and PROGRAM ADMIN permissions
are also required.)
- PROGRAM VIEW - Enables the Program menu option to access the program
features.
- PROGRAM VIEW ALL - Allows the user to view all programs that have
been created. (The PROGRAM VIEW permission is also required.)
- LOCATION - PROGRAM TAB - Displays the Programs tab in the Location
profile. It also allows the user to complete tasks and to undo the
completion of tasks.

A COMPLIANCE PROGRAM |
The first step in creating a new compliance program is to decide the
requirements of the program:
- Who will be administering the program?
- What tasks do you want to include?
- If there are a large number of tasks, do you want to break down
the tasks into milestones?
- What audit forms will the program require?
- What supplemental documentation will you want to provide?
- When will you want to launch the program?
Before you begin to set up a specific compliance program, there are
a few preliminary steps to take:
- Create a role for program administration, if necessary.
- Review the task types available, and rename them, if necessary.
- Create the necessary email templates.
- Set up the default notification library. Then, when you create
a compliance program, you can add predefined notifications from the
library to your program.
- You may also want to consider using Location Types, if you're not
already using them.

Once you've completed the initial setup requirements, administering
